We are pleased to offer a full and comprehensive range of services in all aspects of property maintenance. Along with new house builders, we provide a maintenance service for several Housing Authorities and Insurance work facilitators in the form of planned maintenance, void works and response maintenance.
We provide a diverse CSCS certified work-force enabling us to address the full spectrum of property maintenance from externals, minor decoration works through to larger structural issues. All our operatives are required to wear the company uniform, carry identification and are required to operate to a company customer care standard. We are currently pursuing CRB clearance for all personnel, which we believe is an understandable requirement.
We provide a comprehensive customer care service with pre and post contact with property occupants to ensure satisfaction and achieve closure of the defect notice. As part of our improved service, we issue job specific risk assessments and method statements for every task we are commissioned to carry out along with before and after photographs if relevant.
We have full liability insurances, a comprehensive Health & Safety and Risk Assessment Policy and along with recent accreditation to Constructionline, CHAS. EXOR are also currently pursuing accreditation with SAFE CONTRACTOR.
