FLOORING ISSUES
– Customer satisfaction on behalf of Housing Developer.
David Russo Building Services Ltd has progressively increased its work for housing developers who use the frim for major and minor construction jobs. On this particular case, the company was called to examine a property and rectify the problem consisting of extreme movement and poor levels to all timber floors.
There were major flooring issues throughout the property. The owners were very upset with all the problems and we were requested to represent the original building contractor.
The job at hand involved lifting all areas of flooring. The floor joists were leveled and flooring was then relayed. The customer had been ofered replacement carpets, which David Russo Building Services had to source and fit in the allocated time..
On moving back in, the customer was contacted to check the quality of finish with the customer who was very happy with the work carried out. One week later David Russo Building Services Ltd where happy to receive a letter from the house owner praising the work. The correspondence can be viewed by prospective clients at the David Russo offices.
