QUALITY FURNISHINGS
– A normal job, delivered beyond normal expectations.
The work was required within the Essex area and was commissioned by the housing developer to correct poor tape, jointing and improve decorative finish.
The property was a new three storey building and the owner was very keen for the work to be carried out as soon as possible. The project was fairly straight forward within its instructions but the customer was concerned about the effect on his property. David Russo Building Services viewed the property on behalf of the developer to fully assess the environment, due to the exceptionally high quality of the customer finishes and furnishings.
A large amount of protection and control was necessary to limit the impact on the household. This did not compromise the standard of work carried out due to the preparation, planning and working methods expected of them.
The outcome was an economical period of time spent on the work and a very satisfied home owner, who complimented the work with a hand written letter. This letter can be viewed by potential clients at the David Russo offices.
