PRIVATE PROPERTY
– Carpentry, plastering, decorating and fitting a new bathroom suite.
Not only are housing developers one of our main sources of work, but private work is also under taken. Much of our business is generated via housing developers whereby we are instructed on behalf of the property owners if they require our services.
However, private work is also undertaken directly with householders, allowing us to provide a service to all types of customers. On this particular property, the owner requested a quote for general house improvements and after discussing her needs and requirements, the owner was happy to proceed with us to carry out the work.
The work mainly involved carpentry, plastering and decorating as well as fitting a new bathroom suite. All the designs and materials were confirmed with the customer and ordered. Our office contacted the customer to iron out any further details required and to book appointment to start the job. Allocations of men were booked and the work was completed under the time agreed with the customer.
The customer sent in a hand written letter with the payment commenting on our proficiency. All customer satisfaction correspondence is held at our offices for inspection by new clients.
Over the years, private work had increased and the same dedication and professionalism put into the housing developers work is put into private work. We are an organization which caters for all types of construction work and business environments.
